Connecting Shopify to Baat

Connecting your Shopify store to Baat lets you send automated order notifications, shipping updates, and cart abandonment messages via WhatsApp.

Before you start #

• You need a connected WhatsApp channel in Baat
• You need admin access to your Shopify store

Connecting your store #

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify
2. Click Connect Store
3. You’ll be redirected to Shopify to authorise the connection
4. Approve the permissions and you’ll be returned to Baat
5. Select which WhatsApp channel should handle Shopify notifications
6. Click Activate

Multiple stores #

You can connect more than one Shopify store. Each store has its own configuration entry on the Integrations page and can be linked to a different WhatsApp channel.

Integration status #

Active integrations show a green status indicator. If a store shows as disconnected, click Reconnect to go through the OAuth flow again.
