The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a live snapshot of your team’s activity.
Conversations count #
The top of the dashboard shows total conversations across all your connected WhatsApp channels. Use this to track daily volume at a glance.
Main navigation #
The left sidebar contains all major sections of the app:
- Inbox — All incoming and ongoing conversations
- Contacts — Your customer database with segments and custom fields
- Broadcast — Campaign creation and performance reports
- AI Agents — Bot management and knowledge base
- Automation — Trigger rules and journey builder
- Settings — Channels, team, templates, integrations
Quick compose #
Press C anywhere in the app to open the New Conversation dialog and start a message immediately without navigating away.
Plan and account #
Your current plan is shown in the top-right corner. Click your profile icon to access Billing, Pricing Plans, and account settings.
