Broadcasts can be sent immediately or scheduled in advance. You can also pause, resume, or cancel a broadcast that is in progress.
Scheduling a broadcast #
During broadcast creation, select Schedule instead of Send Now. Choose the date and time and click Schedule. The broadcast appears in your list with status Scheduled.
Cancelling a scheduled broadcast #
- Find the broadcast in the campaign list
- Click the three-dot menu on the right
- Select Cancel
Pausing a broadcast in progress #
For broadcasts currently sending (status Pending), you can pause delivery from the three-dot menu. Paused broadcasts can be resumed and will continue from where they stopped.
Searching and filtering #
Use the search bar to find a broadcast by campaign name or template name. Use the date range filter to narrow down by period: Today, This week, This month, or a custom range.
Toggling columns #
Click the Columns button to show or hide metrics columns in the campaign list (Delivered, Read, Replied, etc.).
