Baat uses a wallet system for message credits. Credits are consumed when you send broadcast messages and automated notifications.
Viewing your wallet #
Go to Profile → Billing and Insights to see your current wallet balance, next refill date, and usage breakdown.
How credits work #
Each outbound WhatsApp message (broadcast or automated) consumes credits based on WhatsApp’s per-message pricing. The Wallet Overview shows your remaining balance so you always know how much headroom you have.
Credit refills #
Credits refill automatically on your billing cycle date. The refill amount depends on your plan. The next refill date is shown in the Wallet Overview.
Buying additional credits (top-ups) #
- Go to Profile → Billing and Insights → Top-ups
- Select a top-up amount
- Complete payment via Stripe
- Credits are added to your wallet immediately
Billing history #
The Billing tab under Profile shows a table of all transactions — plan payments and top-ups — with dates and amounts. Click the Download Invoice icon on any row to download a receipt as PDF.
