Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial starts without a card and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan at the end of it.
What do I need before I begin?
A phone number for your business, and access to your store if you want to connect it. The simplest case is a number not yet on WhatsApp. If the number is already on the WhatsApp Business app, ask us first — moving it has options, and one of them loses your chat history. Meta also requires business verification, which you can start during setup.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan to continue, or the account pauses. Your conversations and contacts are not deleted when a trial lapses.
