Understanding Baat Plans

Baat offers several plans to match your team size and messaging volume. You can view and change your plan at any time from Profile → Pricing Plans.

Available plans

• Starter — Core inbox, basic broadcasts, limited contacts

• Growth — Higher broadcast quotas, automation triggers, contact export, journeys

• Business — Everything in Growth plus AI Agents and advanced analytics

• Enterprise — Custom limits, dedicated support, SLA

Feature gates

Some features are locked on lower plans. When you try to access a gated feature, Baat shows an upgrade prompt explaining which plan unlocks it. Key plan-gated features include:

• AI Agents — Business and above

• Automation triggers — Growth and above

• Contact export — Growth and above

• Campaign export (CSV) — Growth and above

• Journeys — Growth and above

Monthly broadcast quota

Each plan includes a monthly limit on broadcast sends. The current limit for every plan is listed on the pricing page. The quota resets at the start of each billing cycle. Your current usage is visible under Profile → Billing and Insights.

Upgrading

• Go to Profile → Pricing Plans

• Select the plan you want

• Complete payment via Stripe

• Your plan upgrades immediately and new features are unlocked
