Broadcast Campaigns

Understanding Campaign Analytics

Updated 31 May 2026

Every broadcast has a detail page showing delivery performance and engagement metrics.

Opening campaign details

Click any campaign row in the broadcast list to open the detail view.

Key metrics

  • Audience — Total number of contacts targeted

  • Delivered — Messages confirmed received by the recipient’s device

  • Read — Messages opened by the recipient (requires read receipts enabled)

  • Replied — Contacts who sent a reply message

  • Failed — Messages that could not be delivered

Activity chart

The hourly activity chart shows when messages were delivered and read throughout the day. Use this to identify peak engagement times for future campaigns.

Failure breakdown

If a broadcast has failures, the detail page shows a breakdown of failure reasons:

  • Retryable — Temporary failures; these may succeed on a retry

  • Unreachable — The number is invalid or the contact has blocked messages

Exporting results

Click Export on the campaign detail page to download a CSV of the campaign summary. Export is available on Growth plan and above.
